摘　　要：根据近年来所从事的一些人畜饮水工程建设的设计和对项目建设、运行中有关情况的调研,分别从工程水源和取水方式的选择、项目建设资金的管理、工程运行管理、水价核定与征收及水商品意识等5个方面阐述了自己的一些观点和建议。Based on the investigation and study of the complexions aleut designing and running of man and livestock drinking water project construction, some viewpoints and suggestions were expatiated on the selection of project water source and taking water method, marmgement of eonstruction funds, running and management of project, checking and collection of water price and eonsciousness of water commodity by the paper.
