摘　　要：管理的理论创新具有重大的理论意义和实际意义。本文就管理理论创新的思想基础、创新动因、创新主体、技术路线、创新的首创者和后继者、创新与本国文化的关系等问题进行了探讨,提出了自己的观点和论据,以期对我国管理的理论创新有所裨益。The theoretical innovation of management is of momentous theoretical significance and practical significance. These are discussed in this paper about the foundation of idea, the cause of innovation, the subject of innovation, the route of technology, the pioneer and successor of innovation, and the relation- ship between the innovation and the native culture in the field of the theoretical innovation of management. On the basis of the arguments, the paper will be beneficial for the theoretical innovation of management of our country.
