淋巴细胞内β-葡萄糖醛酸酶超微结构定位研究

摘　　要：应用低温包埋、紫外线照射、胶体金标记、免疫电镜技术，首次在透射电镜下确定Ｗｈｉｔｅ树脂包埋淋巴细胞内β－葡葡糖醛酸酶在超微结构水平的精确定位，观察到淋巴细胞的内质网、高尔基复合体、溶酶体内散在分布着标记β－葡萄糖醛酸酶的金颗粒，表明该酶主要分布于这几种细胞器内。We used low temperature embedding, ultra violet rays shining, colloid gold labelling and immuno electron microscopic technique to identify the precise ultrastructural localization of β Glucuronidase in lymphocyte embedded in white resin under TEM. The experiment showed exactly that gold granule labelling β Glucuronidase was distributed at endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complex, and lysosome in lymphocytes. It indicated that the enzyme existed in these organelles.
