摘 要:多巴胺受体阻断剂对小鼠耐缺氧能力和体温的影响1沈德莉2陈蔚芸邱常青王和平3(江西医学院药理学教研室,3江西医院,南昌330006)氯丙嗪(chlorpromazine,CPZ),氟哌啶醇(haloperidol,Hal)均为多巴胺(DA)受体阻断剂,...The protective effects of haloperidol (Hal 1 mg·kg 1 ), l stepholidine (SPD 10 mg·kg 1 ) and chlorpromazine (CPZ 10 mg·kg 1 ) against anoxia in mice were studied. At the ambient temperature 27 ℃ and 5 ℃, Hal, SPD and CPZ ip lowered body temperature of mice. At the ambient temperature 27 ℃, Hal, SPD ip reduced the oxygen consumption (39±9 and 46±5 mL·min 1 ·kg 1 vs 63±7 mL·min 1 ·kg 1 ), lowered the oxygen concentration at death point (1.1±0.9% and 2.7±1.0% vs 3.7±1.4%), enhanced the capability of resisting anoxia and prolonged the survival time (58±9 and 40±9 min vs 31±5 min)of mice in closed containers. At the ambient temperature 5 ℃, CPZ ip reduced the oxygen consumption (40±11 mL·min 1 ·kg 1 vs 61±12 mL·min 1 ·kg 1 ), prolonged the survival time (38±4 min vs 33±6 min) of mice but at the ambient temperature 27 ℃ or 5 ℃, CPZ enhanced the oxygen concentration at death point (5.1±1.2% vs 3.7±1.4% and 7.7±2.4% vs 2.1±1.0%). The results indicate that Hal, SPD protect against anoxia at 27 ℃. CPZ protects against at 5 ℃.
