摘　　要：在分析自主创新决定因素的基础上,本文从自主创新投入与产出两个方面检验了外资活动对我国工业自主创新能力的影响。在整个工业部门,行业自主创新投入增长最主要的决定因素是要素禀赋和技术机会,而外资活动、盈利能力、政府资金和市场竞争程度都没有显著影响;从分组结果来看,高科技行业自主创新投入增长的决定因素是技术机会,一般行业是要素禀赋和技术机会。Based on the analysis of the determinants of independent innovation input and output, the impact of FDI on the independent innovation capacity of Chinese home manufacturing is examined. The paper finds that, in the whole manufacturing, factor endowment and technical opportunity are the main determinants of independent innovation input, FDI, payoff ability, government fund and market competition do not have significant effect, In the high-tech industry, the determinant is only technical opportunity, In traditional industry are factor endowment and technical opportunity,
