浙江某网架锚栓剪断与支座外倾的原因分析

摘　　要：浙江某酒店会议中心螺栓球网架作为楼地面的承重结构,在建成后仅使用1年就发现网架锚栓被剪断,支座存在不同程度的外倾;在对网架增设钢牛腿进行加固处理4个月后,又发现网架楼地面下沉,斜腹杆被拉断,部分杆件严重弯曲。结合现场检测结果,从建设程序和设计、施工质量等方面对网架锚栓被剪断、支座外倾、上弦杆件弯曲和斜杆拉断等原因进行了分析。The grid structures connected with bolt joints were used for the load bearing of floor in some hotel conference centre in Zhejiang province. Only one year later, it was founded that the anchors were sheared off and the supports were extroversion to some extent. Reinforcement measures such as extension of pier column were put in practice as soon as the accident happened, however, after 4 months the floor began to subside, some part of member bars were tensioned to broken and some others were heavily flexed. According to the locale test results the causes of that damage were analyzed from aspect of building procedure, design and construction quality.
