摘 要:本文以西安地区目前建筑节能的实际情况和保温材料市场状况为依据,以民用建筑节能设计50%标准为基础,在实现节能65%目标的前提上,通过性能性指标进行建筑节能设计的方法,提出适合节能65%住宅围护结构构造体系的若干种设计方案,进而对新型节能构造体系住宅进行经济分析和效益评估,结果表明节能65%新型构造体系住宅在技术上和经济上是可行的,同时提出对围护结构节能技术的改进措施。Being based on presently actually building energy efficiency and existing thermal insulation materials in Xi'an region and the standard of 50% energy efficiency design, the premise of realizing the goal of energy efficiency 65%, through the method of thermal property index in building energy efficiency design, several design schemes of adapting to 65% energy efficiency building envelope structure system are proposed and the cost-benefit of this new structure system building is analyzed and evaluated. The result indicates that it is possible in technique and economy for new strucure system building. What'more, some improved measures in envelope are proposed in the paper.
