摘　　要：通过总结鞍钢实业集团综合利用公司与鞍钢集团公司知识协同的实践,提出了企业间技术嵌入式合作的概念,分析了技术嵌入式合作模式对合作双方的影响,探索了实现技术嵌入式合作的条件。最后,介绍了两项技术嵌入的案例。According to summarizing the practice of knowledge cooperation between Anshan Steel Group Industry Corporation and Anshan Steel Group Corporation, the concept of technologies embedded cooperation of enterprises is put forward, the effect of technologies embededed cooperation on two sides of cooperation is analyzed, and the conditions of carrying out technologies embedded cooperation is seeked after. At last, two cases of technologies embedded cooperation are introduced.
