摘　　要：154例临床诊断为流行性感冒的病例,应用ELISA法检测检出阳性率为96.1%。检测特异性及敏感性较高,且操作简便、快速,适合在出入境人员中的流感病毒快速筛查。The 154 blood samples from patients who was clinically diagnosed as influenza, and the positive rate is 96.1%. The ELISA Method showed that the specificity and sensitivity were higher, and operation was simple, convenient and quick. So it is suitable for the method to quickly screen the influenza virus among the international travelers.
