摘　　要：目的为实验室anti-HCV检测选择优质的试剂提供依据。方法对6家市售anti-HCV试剂盒进行对比分析。结果用进口试剂F对20050808号样品原血清检测结果为阳性,5种国产试剂均为阴性。对20050705号样品检测,血清稀释滴度在1:512时试剂A和在1:256时试剂B、C及F呈阳性,试剂D和E在1:128时呈阳性。试剂盒说明书只有试剂F包含了全部内容,其他5种国产试剂说明书内容不够详尽。结论应建立健全实验室内部质量控制制度,进行经常性的比对评价并结合国家权威检测部门有关产品年度评价的报道,以选择质量最优的试剂。同时,考虑试剂盒说明书的完整性也是至关重要的。Objective Selected high quality Anti-HCV Elisa Reagent for laboratory to screening anti-HCV. Method The Analysis of Anti-HCV Elisa Reagent Contrast to the parts of the city selling. Result The reagent F is positive when the sample No.20050808 was original serum, and others are negative. For the sample No.20070705, the reagent A is positive at it is diluted for 1：512, B, C, F reagents are positive at diluted for l：256, and D, E are positive at diluted for 1：128. The service manual only reagent F is sufficiency, and others＇ contents are not enough at large. Conclusion Anti-HCV screening laboratory should establish inner quality control system, should make quality estimating of the screening reagent, and also should follow the authority＇s annual bulletin about the reagents, and reference to the manual contents of the reagent. So that high quality anti-HCV ELISA reagents are selected.
