摘  要:为了探讨在混凝土中掺入钢渣、粉煤灰、矿渣等材料对混凝土冻融破坏的作用机理,采用宁夏地区工业废料作为混凝土的掺合料,通过正交试验及混凝土抗冻性能试验,确定出了混凝土最优配合比为A1B2C3D3E3.由宏观和微观试验结果表明:优化钢渣、粉煤灰、矿渣掺量后制备的复合混凝土强度增长显著;经100次的冻融试验,抗冻效果比基准混凝土显著.In this paper, making use of waste materials (fly-ash, slag, steel dregs) of industry in Ninxia, the frost-resistance performance of compound concrete was studied by means of orthogonal experimental design. Through variance analysis, the theoretical optimum project of concrete proportion had been determined: AIB2C3D3E3. Results of research by and microstructures showed that strength of concrete with steel evidence. By testing of 100 times freezing-thawing experiments, slag, and fly-ash contents of optimization has increased in the frost-resistant capability of compound concrete is better than that of common concrete.
