摘　　要：介绍了上海电网实时状态估计软件（ＲＴＮＥＴ）的基本原理及功能，在算法上采用快速分解的加权最小二乘法，并引入了正交ＧＩＶＥＮＳ分解法，具有较好的数值稳定性和计算速度；不良数据检测上采用加权残差与预报残差相结合的组合检测逻辑以及基于预测残差的多不良数据辨识法，保证了估计精度。并重点对上海电网状态估计软件的实用化特点作了分析。The basic principle and function of RTNET software for real time status evaluation of Shanghai Power Network are described. The quick resolving weighted least squares combined with orthogonal GIVENS resolution method is used for algorithm and a good stability in computed ralue and computing speed can be obtained. A combined detection logic, including weigted residual calculation and predicted residual, and a ill data identifying algorithm based on predicted residual are used for detection of ill value, and the evaluating precision is assured. Finally, the pratical application of RTNET in Shanghai Power Network is analysed.
