摘　　要：根据旅游市场对人才的需求,以强化学生的实践能力为突破口,通过加强师资队伍建设、构建合理课程体系和强化教学实习和社会实践两个教学环节,积极探索适应市场需求的旅游人才培养模式,使学生的考研率、第一志愿录取率、毕业生一次签约率逐年攀升,就业率达到100%。With the urgent need for talents in tourism departments, further exploration should be made on the cultivation pattern from the view of strengthening students＇ practical capabilities suitable for the current society. Besides, this kind of pattern can be conducted in three ways-improving the instruc- tors＇ qualities, building an efficient curriculum system and linking the practice, either in school or in society, together . Only in this way, may constant increase be achieved in the enrollment of postgrad- uates or the graduates＇ employment ratio.
