摘　　要：针对当前图书馆界有关图书馆核心价值的讨论,认为图书馆只有充分实现读者权利,确保读者公平、公正、无障碍地使用图书馆,才能体现图书馆的核心价值,发挥图书馆的社会功能,服务于社会。In view of the consideration about the core value of library,this paper holds that in order to really embody the core value of library,exert the social function of library and serve the needs of society,librarles should fully realize readers＇right and insure readers to use libraries impartially,equitably,accessibly.
