省域社科文献信息资源分布利用研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：分析了省域社科文献信息资源分布利用存在的问题:通盘协作与本位意识的矛盾;优势互补的缺位;垄断意识的显性化趋向;网络社科信息资源分布的无序化。以浙江省为例,提出了应对策略:整合社科文献信息资源;建立省域社科信息资源共享体系;建设和完善省域社科文献信息资源网络体系。This paper analyses the problems of the distribution and usage of social science information resources：the contradiction between all round cooperation and self-intention,the absence of the complementation of mutual superiority,the trend of the ideology of information monopoly,and the disorder of the distribution of social science information resources in networking.Taking Zhejiang province as an example,this paper also puts forward the strategic suggestions on this subject：to sort out the social science information resources,to establish the sharing system of social science information resources in the provincial range,to set up and improve the networking system of social science information resources in the provincial range.
