摘　　要：在对"图书资源馆藏与利用问卷调查"统计分析的基础上,从馆藏资源建设、个人借阅行为、提供服务评价三个方面对读者需求加以分析,指出了当前服务中存在的问题,并探讨了提高服务质量的措施。Based on the questionnaires of ＂the collection book resources and its utilization ＂,this paper points out some problems of library services by analysing readers＇denmands from the construction of collection resources,the personal borrowing and reading behaviors and offering service appraisal.And finally, this paper probes into the measures of improving the quality of service.
