注射型缓释中草药防治兔球虫病试验

摘　　要：注射缓释中草药防治兔球虫病的试验结果表明，兔粪便中球虫卵囊的减卵率随中草药缓释剂注射剂量的增加而增加，注射中草药缓释剂2．0ml／只的第3组平均减卵率超过了口服药物的第5组（饲料中含0．0125％氯羟吡啶或地克珠利0．003％）和第6组（饲料中含1％中草药散剂），而不用抗球虫药的第4组球虫卵囊比试验前增加了（232．8±72．3）％。第3组兔的平均增重（1．48±0．14）kg分别比第1组（注射中草药缓释剂1．0ml／只）、第2组（注射中草药缓释剂1．5ml／只）和第4．6组提高了17．5％，11．3％，102．7％，13．0％和13．8％；料重比（2．34）分别下降了33．7％，22．3％，58．7％，19．9％和21．2％。第1～6组兔死亡率分别为16．7％，0，0，16．7％，8．3％和58．3％。2．0ml／只中草药缓释剂组的经济效益分别比口服西药组和口服中草药散剂组提高62．5％和83．7％，而不用抗球虫药组每养一只兔要亏损6．31元。以治疗量3倍的大剂量中草药缓释剂注射兔，没发现兔有中毒症状、局部炎症或组织病变。说明供试中草药缓释剂对兔是安全的。The experimental result of preventing and remeding of rabbit coccidiosis by injecting slow-released Chinese herbal medicine showed that the decreased rates of coccidium eggs increased with the injecting amounts of Chinese herbal medicine. The decreased rates of coccidium eggs in Group 3（ injecting 2 ml slow-released Chinese herbal medicine per rabbit） was slightly higher than that in Group 5（the diet containing 0.0125% Clopidol or 0.003% Diclazuril） and Group 6 （the diet containing 1% Chinese herb powder）. The coccidium egg number in Group 4（the diet without any anti-coccidium medicine） was increased by （232.8 ± 72.3） %. The body weights of rabbits for Group 3 increased by 17.5 %, 11.3 % 102.7%, 13.0%, and 13.8%, respectively, as compared with Group 1 （injecting 1 ml slow-released Chinese herbal medicine per rabbit）, Group 2（injecting 1.5 ml slow-released Chinese herbal medicine per rabbit）, Group 4, Group 5 and Group 6. The ratio of feed to gain for Group 3 reduced by 33.7%, 22.3%, 58.7%, 19.9%, and 21.2%, respectively, as compared with Group 1, Group 2, Group 4, Group 5, and Group 6. The mortality rates in Group 1 to Group 6 were 16.7%, 0, 0, 58.3%, 16.7%, and 8.3%, respectively. The economic benefits of Group 3 increased by 62.5% and 83.7%, respectively, as compared with Group 5 and Group 6. the treatment of injecting 2 ml slow-released Chinese herbal medicine at trial begin was the best treatment in this experiment. In other safe trial, poisoning symptom and local inflanmmation were not found in the rabbits injected with 6 ml slow-released Chinese herbal medicine. The rhythm of the rabbits was also normal. The preliminary safe trial proved that injection of slow-released Chinese herbal medicinewas safe to rabbits.
