摘 要:比较研究了鸡新城疫(ND)二价灭活苗、ND灭活苗、进口ND灭活苗、ND强毒(CNDV)灭活苗和ND克隆-30弱毒苗的免疫效果。结果表明,不同ND疫苗首次免疫鸡所产生的抗体有差异,ND二价灭活苗免疫鸡的抗体上升最快,免疫后20d左右可达到最高峰。1日龄免疫,14日龄攻毒,ND二价灭活苗、ND灭活苗的保护率分别为5/5,4/5;10日龄和10日龄以上免疫,免疫后7d或7d以上攻毒,ND二价灭活苗、ND灭活苗、进口ND苗的保护率分别为4/5~5/5,2/5~5/5,0/5~2/5。攻毒后ND二价灭活苗、进口ND灭活苗免疫的与对照鸡的肛棉拭子NDV阳性数分别为0/5,5/5,5/5。结果表明,ND二价灭活苗免疫效果优于进口ND灭活苗、ND强毒灭活苗,稍优于ND灭活苗。The test compared immunization effects of five ND vaccines. The results showed that different antibody levels were observed in the chickens first vaccinated by different ND vaccines. The upswing of the ND antibody titer in the chickens vaccinated by the ND bivalent vaccine was fastest. The ND antibody titer attained the peak 20 d after vaccination. For the chickens vaccinated with the ND bivalent vaccine and the inactivated ND vaccine, the protection rates of vaccinated at 1- day age and attacked with virulent NDV at 14-day age were 5/5 and 4/5, respectively, whereas for the chickens vaccinated with the ND bivalent inactivated vaccine, the inactivated ND vaccine and the imported inactivated ND vaccine, the protec- tion rates of vaccinated at 10-day age or elder, attacked with virulent NDV on 7 or more days after vaccination were 4/5 - 5/5,2/5- 5/5, and 0/5 - 2/5, respectively. For the chickens inoculated with the ND bivalent vaccine, the imported ND vaccine, and the control group, the positive rates of NDV from the anal swab were 0/5,5/5, and 5/5, respectively. The resuits suggested that the immunization effect of the ND bivalent vaccine was better than that of the imported ND vaccine and the inactivated virulent ND vaccine and was a little better than that of the inactivated ND vaccine.
