摘  要:对原产乐清、永嘉以及文成引种的"金银花"进行原植物鉴定,并利用HPLC法对样品绿原酸和木犀草苷含量进行检测。结果表明,原产乐清的"金银花"为灰毡毛忍冬(Lonicera macreanthoides Hand.-Mazz.),产于永嘉的为红腺忍冬(L.hypoglauca Miq.),文成引种的为忍冬(L.japonica Thunb.)。忍冬样品花与花蕾绿原酸和木犀草苷含量均符合2005版《中国药典》金银花项下规定,其中文成引种栽培金银花花中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量分别达到3.42%和0.21%。产于乐清、永嘉的灰毡毛忍冬、红腺忍冬样品中绿原酸含量也符合2005版《中国药典》山银花项下规定。资源调查结果表明:原产乐清、永嘉的"金银花"实属山银花,文成引种的为正品金银花。This study identified the original plant of ‘flos Lonicerae' grown in Yueqing and Yongjia counties, and the variety introduced in Wencheng county. Meanwhile, it also determined the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-O-glucoside of ‘f los Lonicerae' by using HPLC method. The results showed that the variety in Yueqing was Lonicera macreanthoides Hand.-Mazz., the variety in Yongjia was L. hypoglauca Miq, and the variety in Wencheng was L. japonica Thunb. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-O-gJucoside in the samples of L. japonica Thunb accorded with the standard of 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 ( edition 2005 ) for flos Lonicerae japonicae. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-O- glucoside of samples (flower) grown in Wencheng were 3.42% and 0.21%, respectively. The contents of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera macreanthoides Hand.-Mazz grown in Yueqing and L. hypoglauca Miq grown in Yongjia also accorded with the standard of 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 (edition 2005 ) for flos Lonicerae. The results of resources survey showed that flos Lonicerae japonicae grown in Yueqing and Yongjia actually was flos Lonicera, whereas the variety introduced in Wencheng was quality goods of flos Lonicerae japonicae.
