摘 要:青海油田涩北气田储层为第四系粉砂岩和泥质粉砂岩,岩石胶结疏松,出砂严重,气水层间互,产出砂的平均粒径中值只有0.04~0.07mm,为典型的细粉砂储层。但随着气田的开发,气井逐渐开始出水,加剧了气田的出砂;为了有效指导防砂,必需先弄清出水对储层出砂规律的影响。根据涩北气藏出砂规律研究试验目的与要求,设计了试验流程,研究了地层不出水和出水后岩心渗透率、压差、气体流速对出砂的影响及其影响规律。总体上看,随渗透率、压差、气体流速的增大,地层出砂量不断加大;在同等条件下,地层出水后会加剧地层出砂,其出砂量为不出水的岩心的1.5~2倍。Reservoirs in Sebei Gas Field of Qinghai Oilfield,which was a Quaternary sandstone and mud siltstone with loose rock cementation,serious sand production,interaction of gas and water and average particle size of sand production of 0.04~0.07mm,belonged to typical fine siltstone reservoirs.Gas wells gradually produced more water with the development of gas field and resulted in severe sand production.To guide effective sand control,the influence of water production on sand producing rules should be clarified first.On the basis of test target and requirements of sand producing rules of Sebei gas reservoirs,a test flow chart is designed,the influence of produced water and core permeability,pressure differential,gas flow rate after water production on sand production and its rules is studied,generally,the sand production rate is raised continuously with the increase of permeability pressure differential and gas flow rate.Under the same condition,severe sand production is caused after water production,sand production rate is 1.5 to 2 times to the cores without producing water.
