动态心电图对活动平板缺血性ST段改变患者分析研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨活动平板缺血性sT段改变与24h动态心电图之间的一致性。方法：实验组与对照组各30例，做常规心电图、活动平板与24h动态心电图检查。结果：动态心电图的敏感性与特异性为59％～90％，30例活动平板阳性者中有26例出现缺血性ST段改变。对照组有9例在动态心电图中袁现缺血性ST段改变。结论：24h动态心电图安全、可靠，能检出无症状性心肌缺血，便于患者早发现、早治疗，提高患者生存质量。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the consistency between the treadmill ischemic ST - segment changes and 24h dynamic electrocardiogram. METHOD ： The test group and control group of 30 eases received examination of routine ECG, treadmill and 24h dynamic electrocardiogram. RESULTS： The sensitivity and specificity of dyr~,,~;~ electrocardiogram was 59% to 90%. Of 30 cases, 26 treadmill positive patients showed ischemic ST - segment changes. 9 cases of the control group presented ischemic ST- segment changes in dynamic electrocardiogram. CONCLUSION： 24h dynamic electrocardiogram is safe, reliable and can detecte asymptomatic myocardial ischemia. It helps patients for early diagnosis, treatment and improving of quality of life.
