摘　　要：均衡生产是合理组织生产过程的基本要求,均衡生产目标的实现要靠合理的生产调度来保证.本文对平行加工时实现均衡生产的启发式调度方法进行了分析,并结合不同的优化目标进行了求解和比较.Balanced production is the basic requirement to organize the production process rationally. The realization of its aim is guaranteed by reasonable production management. The heuristic dispatching approach used to realize balanced production while parallel machining being carried on is analyzed in this article. Meanwhile, the author also seeks for the solutions and makes the comparisons by combining different optimization objectives.
