摘　　要：预约借书能充分体现现代化图书馆流通服务的水平与质量,目前预约借书成功率并不乐观,笔者对其中的原因进行分析并提出了几点建议。Online booking can completely represent the high level and quality of circulation services in modern libraries, Howere, at present , the success-rating of online booking is not so satisfactory, The authors analyse the underlying causes and put forth several suggestions.
