人工补片治疗腹壁巨大切口疝9例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部巨大切口疝的治疗，围手术期处理及复发原因。方法对我院2003年4月～2006年4月收治的9例腹壁巨大的切口疝患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均采用Marlex网片行巨大切口疝修补术，术后随访8个月～3年，1例复发。结论 围手术期处理对预后甚为关键，人造补片修复腹壁巨大切口疝是一种安全有效的方法，术后复发的原因是复杂的。Objective To explore the treatment, perioperative management and the reasons of recurrence of abdominal giant incisional hernia （ AGIH ）. Methords The clinical data of 9 patients with AGIH treated in our hospital from April 2003 to April 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were treated by using the Marlex patch,with a postoperative follow-up of 8 months to 3 years. 1 patient recurred. Conclusions The perioperative management is the key to the prognosis of AGIH. Repairing AGIH with artificial patch is a safe. effective method and the reasons of recurrence are complex.
