常见浅表软组织肿块的超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对常见软组织肿块的诊断价值。方法应用高频超声二维和CDFI对147例浅表软组织肿块患者进行检查,全部病例经手术、穿刺及病理对照。结果浅表软组织肿块超声检出率100%,诊断符合率87%,且多数软组织肿块均有各自特征性表现。结论高频超声对浅表软组织肿块检出率高,在一定程度上可提供定性诊断,具有一定的临床价值。Objective To envaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in superficial soft tissue masses which are commonly seen.Methods 147 patients with superficial soft tissue masses were examined with high frequency ultrasound and CDFI before operation or puncture.The ultrasound findings were compared with those of pathology.Results Among them,diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound in superficial soft tissue masses was 100%,and the accuracy was 87% compared with pathology.Furthermore,there were characteristic images in most of those superficial soft tissue masses.Conclusion Diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound in superficial soft tissue masse is very high.To some degree,it can provide qualitative diagnosis and has significant clinical value.
