摘 要:目的:提高居民满意度,促进企事业转型社区卫生服务的发展。方法:问卷调查和访谈相结合。结果:除预防保健服务不能满足居民要求外,居民总体上对此类社区卫生服务中心较满意。但按隶属关系不同分类后,居民对各类社区卫生服务中心的满意度存在差异。完全享受企事业单位经费保障和失去单位支持的社区卫生服务中心的居民满意度更低。结论:针对不同类型社区卫生服务所面临的问题,政府部门、企事业单位要创造针对性支持环境,医疗机构要加强管理,就诊人群也要建立对医疗机构的信任。Objective To heighten satisfaction of the population, and stimulate the development of the transformed CHS facilities belonging to the stated-owned enterprises (SOEs) and public services units(PSUs). Methods To combine questionnaire investigation and interview. Results Except the prevention health care services can not meet the needs of the population, people felt satisfied with these kinds of CHS facilities in general. But after the classification according to different subordinate relationships, there are variations of population's satisfaction with each category of CHS facility. People were less satisfied with those who had funding protection from the SOEs or PSUs and those who lost supports. Conclusion SOEs, PSUs and the governments should offer special supports targeting at the particular problems facing different types of CHS facilities, the facilities should also make efforts and the population should establish credit.
