石蜡热膨胀性能试验装置的研究

摘　　要：在微机电系统中,为了兼顾作用力强和形变量大两者的统一,采用以石蜡作为热膨胀材料的热驱动方式。介绍了水浴加热石蜡热膨胀性能试验装置,实验结果表明,石蜡在其熔点温度附近,试验中所用石蜡当温度从37℃升高到51℃时,其体膨胀系数可以达到甚至超过10%,而且作用力大;不同成分（C原子）比例的石蜡,其熔点温度变化范围为30-70℃,这使驱动器在不允许有较大温度变化的环境中（如人体内）使用成为可能。In order to satisfy the big output force and large stroke, we use paraffin as the material for the thermal - expansion - type micro - actuator in micro electro mechanical systems. In this study we design and develop an experimental apparatus for the measurement of thermal expansion characteristics of paraffin. The experimental results indicate 37 to 51 degrees centigrade, that paraffin has a large coefficient of expansion in the temperature range of ratio of the volume increase is or over 10% By mixing of several types of paraffin whose melting points differ from each be controlled in the temperature range of 30 to 70℃. This makes it possible for use in endoscopic - surgery. and the output force is high. other, its melting point can to develop a micro - actuator
