摘　　要：介绍了立式回转电火花线切割机床的设计特点,使用Pro/E进行了零件的实体建模、样机的虚拟装配、干涉检测,并且运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其关键部件进行了有限元分析,其分析结果为机床的优化设计提供了依据。In this paper, the design characters of vertical wire EDM （ electrical discharge machining） with rotation wire are put forward. By using the Pro/E, the solid model of parts, virtual assembly of prototype, and interference examination have been processed, and finite element analysis has been applied in most key parts of it. The analysis result has provided the basis for machine tool＇ s optimized design.
