摘 要:利用自制的聚丙烯中空纤维膜,采用真空膜蒸馏法对1,2-丙二醇水溶液的分离进行了研究。考察了料液入口温度、冷侧真空度、料液流量以及料液浓度对膜通量和截留率的影响。结果表明,膜通量随料液入口温度、冷侧真空度及料液流量的增加而增加,随料液浓度升高而下降。截留率随料液入口温度、冷侧真空度和料液浓度的增加而下降,料液流量的变化对截留率没有明显的影响。本试验条件下最佳截留率可达100%,表明利用真空膜蒸馏技术可有效实现多元醇水溶液分离。An experimental investigation was carried out on the separation of 1,2-dihydroxypropane from 1,2-dihydroxypropane-aqueous solution by using vacuum membrane distillation.The effects of feed temperature, vacuum degree on cold side, feed flow and feed concentration on permeation flux and relention rate were examined. The results showed that permeation flux increased with the increases of vacuum degree, feed flow and feed temperature but decreased with the increase of feed concentration. The retention rate decreased with the increases of vacuum degree, feed concentration and feed temperature, Changing of feed flow had no strong effect on the retention rate. The optimal retention rate on this experiment could reach to 100%, showing the feasibility of VMD for separation of 1,2-dihydroxypropane from 1,2-dihydroxypropane-aqueous solution.
