摘  要:研究了IC反应器处理乳酸废水的启动特性以及处理效果。结果表明,在逐渐加大进水量来提高有机负荷的情况下,反应器污泥床区逐渐充满沉降性能良好的颗粒污泥,到启动完成时IC反应器的进料负荷为3100kg/d,容积负荷为2.6kg/m3.d,COD去除率达到了85%以上,并在反应器内部形成具有一定机械强度、沉淀性能良好,粒径为1~3.5mm的颗粒污泥。VFA也降到200mg/L左右,有的甚至低于100mg/L。The start-up characteristics and treating effect of the internal circulation(IC) reactor for treatment of lactic acid wastewater was studied. The results showed that under the condition of raising organic load by increasing water intake quantity, as the reactor operated, the full sludge bed area in the reactor was filled gradually with granular sludge with better setting performance. When start-up completed, IC reactor's feed load was 3100kg/d; volume load 2.6kg/m^3·d; COD removal rate reached to over 85% and in the reactor, the granular sludge with a certain mechanical strength, better setting performance and 1 -3.Smm size were formed; VFA lowered to about 200mg/L, even to about 100mg/L.
