摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化的发展,高校的规模不断扩大,必然导致高校管理复杂性的增加。2007年被教育部定为"高等学校管理年",主题就是管理、质量、特色,加强高校战略管理是教育部的一项重要工作。因此,将成熟的战略管理的方法和技术应用到高校战略管理中去成为提高我国高校战略管理水平的关键。文章介绍了适合于高校战略管理的方法和技术。Following the development of high education＇s popularization, the scale of college and university enlarged much that will cause the increasing of college and university＇s management complexity. The year of 2007 was defined as ＂college and university＇s managing year＂ hy education ministry, the topic was management, quality, characteristic, strengthening college and university＇s strategy management was and important work for education ministry. So, taking mature strategy managing method and technology appliing in college and university＇s strategy management was the key point for improving college and university＇s strategy managing level in our country. The aim of this paper was to introduce some method and technology which was fit for college and university＇s strategy management.
