摘  要:通过选取2次甲醛投料比、改性剂加入量、改性剂加入时间和加水时间4个因素,每个因素选取3个不同水平进行正交试验,合成一种中温固化型酚醛树脂,以该树脂为胶粘剂压制竹帘胶合板。通过对制品的静弯曲强度、弹性模量和保留强度的检测,确定适合中温固化型酚醛树脂的最佳工艺参数为:改性剂加入时间为第2次加入甲醛后,升温到92~96℃时;改性剂加量为苯酚质量的4%;加水时间为第2次加入甲醛后升温到92~96℃时;1、2次甲醛投料量分别为75%和25%。合成的酚醛树脂胶粘剂可以在105~115℃实现快速完全固化。Selecting four factors (proportion of two adding amounts of formaldehyde, quantity of accelerator, moment of adding accelerator and moment of adding water) and three levels for orthogonal experiment, we compounded a phenal-formaldehyde(PF) resin adhesive which can cure at moderate temperature and pressed the bamboo curtain veneers with the adhesive. By checking their MOR, MOE and retention strength, we found the best parameters: the proportion of two adding amount of formaldehyde is 75: 25, the added quantity of the accelerator is 4% of the phenol weight, the moment of adding accelerators is after second adding of formaldehyde, the moment of adding water is the same as the moment of adding accelerators. According to these parameters, this kind of PF resin adhesive can rapidly and utterly cure at 105 - 115℃.
