摘　　要：司法考试已经举行了五次,但司法考试的设计初衷并未很好地实现,司法考试的效果也并不理想。这与现行司法考试的模式所存在的缺陷有着相当大的关联。根据司法考试的目的,树立"阶段性"司法考试观念,改造现行司法考试模式,遴选出真正优秀的法律精英人员,从而提高我国的法治水平。Judicial Examination has been held for five times,, but original intention of Judicial Examination has not been achieved well, Judicial Examination has not achieved ideal results. This is greatly related with that there exists defect in mode of Judicial Examination. In accordance with purpose of Judicial Examination, we should build up concept of ＂Periodic＂ Judicial Examination, reform the present mode of Judicial Examination, select really excellent law elite, and consequently improve the level of rule of law in China.
