摘　　要：线圈绝缘框外侧有一圈凹槽,要求成型模具沿轴线垂直分型。分析了塑件的工艺性,给出了实用的压模结构,论述了模具结构设计和工作过程。该模具一模两件,上下模固定,半溢式闭合,采用链条拖动垂直分型的结构形式,有效地解决了脱模问题。An annular groove is at the outer surface of the insulated loop frame, which requires a vertical parting of the mould along the axis. Based on the analysis of the technological characteristics of the moulded part, the practical die structure was presented, the structure design and working principle of the mould were discussed, The mould has the features such as two-cavity in one mould. both upper and lower moulds fixed, semi-flash closing and vertical parting by chains drawing, which solves the demoulding problem effectively.
