摘　　要：将马来酸单酯稀土(RETM)热稳定剂用于硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)透明片中,并对其热稳定性、加工性能、透明性等进行了研究,结果表明:RETM与适量的硬脂酸锌配合,且用量比为3/2时,其初、长期热稳定效果均较佳。RETM能促进PVC-U体系凝胶化,改善其加工性能,制得的透明片透光率高,雾度小,其效果优于硬脂酸稀土,而与京锡8831基本相当,因此可以代替昂贵的有机锡热稳定剂在PVC-U透明片中应用。The effects of RETM heat stabilizer on the heat stability, processing property, and transmittance of PVC-U transparent sheet were studied. The result shows that both initial and long-term heat stability are excellent when RETM/ZnSt is 3/2. RETM can promote the gelation property of PVC-U and improve processing property of it, the transmittance is high and the haze is low for PVC-U sheet. The effect of RETM is better than that of RESt, and almost the same as that of TVS-8831, so RETM can be substitute for expensive organic-tin heat stabilizer in PVC-U transparent sheet.
