摘　　要：论文在研究基音预测多脉冲激励语音编码的基础上提出了改进型预测多脉冲语音编码方法,子帧长度和一个子帧内的激励脉冲用合成分析法进行联合优化搜索得到,语音的分类也在闭环内进行优化判决。克服了基音预测多脉冲方法中语音分类不准和计算基音周期不精确带来的合成语音质量下降问题,使周期性不强和过渡段语言帧得到适当的处理。This paper describes improved method of predicting multipulse voice coding based on study of predicating multipulse excitation voice coding by basetone. The subframe length and excitation pulse in a subframe are achieved with synthetic analysis method to conduct joint optimization search. The optimization decision of voice classification is done in a closed loop. A degradation of synthetic voice quality due to inaccuracy of voice classification and calculating basetone period in the method of predicating multipulse by basetone is overcome.thus voice frame of poor periodicity and voice frame in transition section are properly processed.
