摘　　要：介绍冷轧机的提速改造原因和改造方案,加快轧制速度,提高产品质量,减少设备故障,减轻工人劳动强度,促使企业降低消耗,增加效益。The reasons of increase speed transformation for the cold rolling mills and transformation project are introduced. Meanwhile, rolling speed is increased, product quality is raised ,equipment breakdown and labour intensity of worker are reduced and so on.
