摘　　要：黑龙江滑雪企业的良性发展,对促进冬季体育运动的发展,带动黑龙江省及整个东北地区经济的振兴,实现黑龙江省承办冬奥会具有战略意义。采用访谈、问卷等调研方法,通过对黑龙江省滑雪场基本情况、经营状况和营销状况的调查,分析影响黑龙江省滑雪市场良性发展的因素,从整体营销、多种经营、市场细分与培育等方面,提出了黑龙江省滑雪市场经营和管理的发展对策。It has strategic significance of the favorable development of ski industry in Heilongjiang province for advancing the Chinese winter sports development, prospering the economy in Heilongjiang province and the northeast area, actualizing the Olympic winter games to be hold in Heilongjiang province. By investigating ski resorts＇basic status, management and business in Heilongjiang province with the methods of interview and questionnaire, the article analyzes the factors influencing the ski resorts development and suggests some countermeasures on managing the ski resorts and market business from the whole marketing, mixed farming, market subsection and cultivation.
