摘  要:论述燃煤电厂的污染及基于"氯碱-硫酸钠法"循环经济模式的探索。"氯碱-硫酸钠法"利用西部地区丰富的煤、岩盐、石灰石、电力等资源生产电石、烧碱和PVC树脂,用烧碱脱除电厂烟气中的SO_2,其脱硫液用于生产硫酸和元明粉(硫酸钠),电石渣生产水泥。"氯碱-硫酸钠法"可在资源互补的基础上形成一举多得的循环经济产业链和工业生态园,同时给PVC树脂产业提供了新的经济增长点。Pollution from coal-fired power plants and research of utilizing the circulate economy model to prevent the pollution are discussed. ' Chlorine-alkali and sodium sulphate method' is adopted to produce calcium carbide and caustic soda, and synthesize PVC with abundant resources in Western China, such as coal, halite, limestone, electricity etc. Then the caustic soda can be used to remove SO2 from flue gas from power plant, and the resultant desulphurization solution can be used to produce sulphuric acid and Glauber' salt ( sodium sulphate), and calcium carbide dregs can be used to produce cement. This method can construct a circular economy industrial chain and ecological industrial park on the basis of complementary utilization of resources, and provide new economic growing point for PVC resin industry.
