重建心阻抗图测定正常人左室舒张功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重建心阻抗图测定左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和左室舒张指数(LDI)的正常值。方法检测180例正常成人的重建心阻抗微分图,按重建心阻抗公式分别计算LVEDP和LDI,分性别、年龄组进行统计。结果重建心阻抗图测定的LVEDP和LDI与年龄无明显相关,同一年龄组内,女性的LVEDP和LDI高于男性的,且中、老年组内有显著差异(P<0.05);180例正常成人LVEDP的平均值为(7.20±1.41)mmHg,正常值<10mmHg;LDI的平均值为(0.006±0.127),正常值<0.26。结论重建心阻抗图测得的左室舒张末期压和左室舒张指数可以用于临床评价左室舒张功能。Objective To explore the normal value of left ventricular end-diastolic pressure （LVEDP）and left ventricular diastolic index（LDI）measured by reconstructed impedance cardiogram（RICG）. Methods RICG for 180 normal adults was measured,LVEDP and LDI were counted according to the formula of RICG,all cases were divided to different groups by sex and age, and the different group＇s LVEDP and LDI were statistically calculated. Results LVEDP and LDI measured by RICG were not marked relation to age,LVEDP and LDI of the females were higher than that of the males in the same age group, and there were marked differences in the middle and old age groups（P〈0. 05） ;the average value of LVEDP for 180 normal adults was （7. 20±1.41） mm Hg,the normal value〈10 mm Hg;the average value of LDI was（0. 006±0. 127）,the normal value〈0.26. Conclusion LVEDP and LDI measured by RICG can be used for evaluating left ventricular diastolic function.
