唐古特雪莲抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的验证唐古特雪莲的抗炎镇痛作用。方法观察唐古特雪莲对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症的抗炎作用及乙酸所致小鼠疼痛的镇痛作用。结果唐古特雪莲对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,对乙酸所致小鼠扭体次数具有明显的减少作用。结论唐古特雪莲具有抗炎和镇痛作用。Objective objective To investigate the anti -inflammatory and analgesic effect of TibetanSaussurea Involuerate. Method The anti -inflammatory effect of Tibetan Saussurea Involuerate was observed in ear swelling induced by Dimethylbenzene and the analgesic effect was observed in twisting body induced by acetic acid in mice. Result Tibetan Saussurea Involuerate showed a significant suppressive effect on ear swelling induced by Dimethybenzene and remarkably reduced the times of twisting body induced by acetic in mice. Conclusion The Tibetan Saussurea Involuerate possess the anti -inflammatory and analgesic effects.
