摘　　要：本文说明了ＩＣ卡相对于磁卡的优越性，随后论述了ＩＣ卡的定义、分类、应用领域以及ＩＣ卡的国际标准和安全性等相关的重要概念。After indicating the superior of IC card over magntic catd, this paper discusses mainly the concept, classification and application of IC catd. Some other important ideas, international standard and security requirement of IC card,etc.are also included.Finally ,the development of IC card at home amd abroad is intoduced.
