摘 要:以NaOH-AQ麦草浆为研究对象,进行无元素氯的D(EOP)D漂白研究。在总有效氯用量为40kg/t浆的情况下,纸浆漂至81%ISO以上的白度。与传统的CEH漂白浆相比D(EOP)D纸浆的粘度和强度高,打浆能耗低,而且漂白废水的污染负荷(COD_(Cr)、BOD_5和AOX)低。D(EOP)D and CEH bleaching of wheat straw NaOH-AQ pulps were carried out. Bleaching results indicated that the wheat straw NaOH-AQ pulps could be bleached to a brightness of above 81%ISO by D (EOP)D or CEH sequences. Compared with CEH bleached pulps, D(EOP)D bleached pulps had higher pulp viscosity and better strength properties. The beating energy of D(EOP)D bleached pulp was lower than that of CEH bleached pulps at the same beating degree. And the pollutant loads (COD= BOD5 and AOX) of D (EOP)D sequence were much lower than those of CEH sequence.
