摘 要:当前环境危机十分突出,造纸白水封闭循环是节能、降耗、减排的重要措施,也是能否生存的当务之急,白水封闭后,各种阴离子垃圾(AT)在白水中积累使纸机无法正常进行,纸品质量降低。而使用阴离子垃圾捕集剂(ATC)是重要措施之一,它可有效克服AT的干扰,提高白水封闭率,降低水耗、减少助剂和施胶剂用量,提高纸质,降低成本。Environmental crisis appears more and more conspiciously in world human society today. In Paper making process to run the paper making white water with closed circulating way is the critical measure in a mills energy saving, raw materials consumption.lovering and waste emission reduction. It is also the task of top priority of a mill to keep its sustainable existance in the human wored. Society of future. How ever, once the white water runs in a clsed circulating system. A variety of anionic trashes would accumulate in it and hinder the normal run of the process and lowering the quality of paperweb. In order to solve this Puzzle in the process, the use of some anionic trash catchers (agents) in recommended. It is also one of the strong means that can effectively to eliminate the anionic trash. In paper making process. So as to get the aims of fresh water and chemical additues consumption reduction as well as to improve paper web quality and lowering of many facturing costs.
