摘　　要：叙述了丙烯酸、丙烯酸脂、苯乙烯四元共聚合成醇溶性聚丙烯酸脂类的方法，并以其为连结料制备柔性凸版油墨。考察了原料配比、引发剂浓度、反应温度等主要工艺参数对聚丙烯酸脂类连结料性能的影响；选择了与连结料相匹配的颜料、填充料和助剂；设计出具有柔性好、附着力强、抗冻性好，且成本低的柔性凸版油墨。Introduces how to synthesize acrylic acid, acrylate and phenylethene quadripolymer into alcohol-soluble acrylic resin and use it as a link stuff to prepare flexible relief block printing ink. Observes the effect of main parameters such as material proportion, the density of trigger, reaction temperature, etc. On the performance of resin link stuff. Selects the colours, feeding stuff and assistant matching the link stuff.And designs the flexible relief block printing ink characteristic of good flexibility,strong adhesive power, well-antifreezing and low cost.
