摘　　要：为建设一支适应当前研究生教育发展需要的研究生导师队伍,西安建筑科技大学自2003年开展了新增研究生指导教师的培训工作,进一步规范导师上岗程序。通过系统培训促使新增研究生指导教师对导师这一新角色有正确的认识;在最短时间内了解、掌握研究生培养中涉及到法律、法规和办法;能够接触和学习到先进的研究生教育理念和培养办法。通过连续五年的培训工作,有效促进了研究生导师队伍建设。Since 2003, in order to adapt to the development of graduate education, training of new tutors has been launched in Xi＇an University of Architecture and Technology, which is a supplementary step before the new tutors start to teach graduates. Through the system training, the new tutors have a right attitude to the role of tutor. The new tutors learn and master laws and rules about graduate training, and study the advanced graduate education ideas and training methods. Through five years＇ training, a high quality tutorial contingent is developed.
