摘  要:介绍了电动自行车用容量为8Ah的24V氢镍电池组的研制过程和产品性能。结果表明,开发的单体电池在-18℃下1C可放出90%的容量,可在0℃~45℃的宽温度范围内充放电;同时1C放电1.2V以上的容量高达75%~80%。电池组0.2C充电0.5C放电的循环寿命(100%DOD)超过了500次,具有广阔的应用前景。The development progress and performance of 8Ah/24V Ni-MH batteries for electric bicycles were introduced. The results showed that the capacity of developed Ni-MH batteries discharged with 1C at - 18℃ was 90% of the initial. And the batteries could discharge in the range of 0℃ ~45℃ temperature. The capacity of Ni-MH batteries discharged with 1C to 1.2V was 75% to 80% of the initial. Batteries had a life over 500 cycles when charged with 0.2C and discharged with 0.5C. It was pointed out that the developed Ni-MH battery had bright future in application.
