摘 要:在2—4MPa,410—430℃,添加150μg/g钼、镍双金属分散型催化剂的条件下,对塔河渣油的加氢减粘性能进行了考察。结果表明,尽管塔河渣油粘度很大(100℃时为576.7mm^2/s),不易降低,但在适宜的温度、压力和一定的反应时间内,还是有较高的减粘效果,在4MPa、430℃、60min的反应条件下,粘度从576.7mm^2/s可以降低到8.529mm^2/s,达到95%以上。The performance of hydro - visbreaking is investigated in slurry at the pressure of 2 - 4 MPa and the temperature of 410 - 430 ℃ in the presence of dispersed Mo - Ni catalyst with the addition amount of 150 μg/g. The test result shows that the viscosity of hydro - visbreaking product decrease obviously under the proper operation condition of temperature, pressure and residence time, although the viscosity of Tahe residue is high(viseosity( 100 ℃) :576.7 mm^2/s). The viscosity of product by slurry hydro - visbreaking reduces to 8. 529 mm^2/s at the pressure of 4 MPa , temperature of 430℃ and residence time of 60 min.
