摘 要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定杨桃中K、Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn等8种微量元素,并详细研究了样品处理条件对测定结果的影响。方法的相对标准偏差在0.65%-2.15%之间,回收率在97.6%。103.2%之间,分析结果表明杨桃中含有丰富的金属元素,该法简便、灵敏度高、结果准确。The trace element of K, Na, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn in carambola were determined by using flame atomic absorption speetrophotometry( FAAS). The effects of sample handling were investigated in detail. The relative standard deviations(RSD) of the methods are within 0.65 % - 2.15 % and the recoveries obtained were in the range from 97.6 % to 103.2 %. As a result,it has been proved that the trace metal element are abundant in eaxambola. The method is convenient, rapid and accurate.
