摘　　要：采取定性分析与定量研究相结合、理论研究与实证研究相结合的研究方法,选取广州若干有代表性的中低收入人群作为研究的切入点,采用"解剖麻雀"的研究方式,运用访谈、问卷调查等方法,系统、真实地描述出广州市中低收入人群的住房现状和住房需求情况,并应用SPSS软件对相关数据进行了分析,提出了解决中低收入人群住房问题的相关建议。This research deals with the housing problems of middle and low income groups employing both theoretical and empirical research methods with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on questionnaire and interview investigation, and the statistical data worked out by SPSS software, the current housing conditions and housing demands of the middle and low income groups are revealed and analyzed systematically, relevant suggestions are proposed to resolve the housing problem of middle and low income groups.
